If you’re looking for a fun cocktail for Halloween I’ve got one for you. The great thing about this cocktail is that it’s not just Halloween themed; but it Fall themed so you can make it again for Thanksgiving! Let’s make some fall champagne punch!
It’s basically an apple juice mimosa; with some vodka, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar added in. It tastes like apple pie; so if you love apple pie you’ll love this cocktail!
I also wanted to make a cocktail that had a colonial feel to it. I decorated my dining room with a “Sleepy Hollow” theme this year, so I wanted the drink to have a colonial inspired vibe. This cocktail calls for apple cider; which I learned from research was a not only available but widely drunk in colonial America. Hard cider especially was a staple drink for colonial Americans. Cheers to my historically inspired fall champagne punch!
