Today I’m sharing a blazer and jeans outfit idea. I love blazers. The blazer might just be my favorite style of winter coat. I live in Florida, so I rarely need a heavy coat. A blazer suits our mild winters just fine. I love wearing a blazer and jeans together; it elevates a casual look. Wearing a blazer with jeans and low heeled boot takes a casual outfit from just there… to chic!
This year I am loving the re-booted hound’s tooth blazer. Think Sherlock Holmes, meets chic Paris girl, and that’s the look I’m going for! The second element of this outfit that I’m loving is the wide leg jeans. These jeans are so chic and really give the outfit an updated and fresh look. This blazer would also look beautiful over a cream colored sweater dress with brown boots.
For under the blazer I chose a slim fit long sleeve t-shirt in off white. But, you could also try a slim fit blouse or a light weight sweater. For accessories I chose brown suede booties and a Chanel inspired black crossbody. I love the combination of brown and black (it’s always been a favorite), and since the colors of the blazer have a brown and black tone I thought the contrasting shoes and bag looked great!
