The bomber jacket is predicted to be a big trend in 2024, replacing the moto jacket. I’m pretty excited about this trend! I have always loved bomber jackets. I love the vintage 1940s and 1950s vibes that a bomber jacket exudes. There’s going to be a couple of ways to wear this trend, with two main styles of bomber jackets trending in 2024.
The first style is leather with an exaggerated collar, usually in faux fur; like this one from Abercrombie & Fitch. This style has 1940s fighter pilot vibes! It looks super cute with jeans and Chelsea boots.
I have this one from Levi’s that I bought on Amazon last year. I recommend sizing down if you go with this jacket.
The second style is less exaggerated version, that has more of a 1950’s letterman jacket vibe. This style is a bit more streamlined and simple. I love this look with jeans paired with boots, sneakers, or even dressed up a bit with heels. I think this style is a bit more elevated, and can be dressed up a bit more, like I’ve styled it in the collage below with heel boots and a pretty crossbody bag.
